This policy describes how we process personal data of Dogly users, pursuant to the GDPR (EU 2016/679).

We collect: registration data (email, name), data about your dog that you enter, technical data (logs, device) and technical cookies.
Data is processed to provide the service, manage your account, ensure security and send notifications if enabled.
Performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR), legitimate interest in security, consent for non-technical cookies and notifications.
Data is kept for the lifetime of the account and deleted upon request, except for legal obligations.
You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Exercise them at privacy@finanzaconsapevole.it.
We use cloud providers that may process data within the EU/EEA with adequate safeguards.
